  Hi I was on the American Inventor show and made it to the top 50 in Tampa Florida. I went through 2 rounds and made it to the stage on abc, I was so excited until I actually got on stage and realized after a few minutes that these people were more interested in a drama story than my actual invention. Just before we went on stage pat croce came out and introduced himself and said to all of us in the room if we did not come out and tell them our name what our invention is about and a story about what it means to be on the show in 20 seconds that we would not get his vote and we needed 3 out of 4 votes to move on to the finals. I said to myself what a real ass I am not changing my presentation around to please this idot. So I went on stage and it was a complete disaster Even with a video they could not figure what I had invented I still recieved 2 yesses and 2 no,s and nobody in the room even new what I had invented what a real joke. I wasted 2 weeks in motels and loosing work and money paying for a motel and food over a real joke. They were more interested in my story of living in the projects growing up than my invention I simply did nor finish my entire presentation on stage after being yelled at by pat croce who does not know a thing about inventions. If somebody came up with a real legit show on inventions more people would watch. It would help if you actually had inventors for judges what did george foreman use his name and money and put it on a grill. He purchased the patent from someone else and used his name popularity to sell it and promote it. This is too bad for us I spent a year building my invention just for the show and I lost a year of my life on a lie. people should stop watching reality shows because they are all fake and set up for entertainment. I am glad I did not expose myself for someone that I am not for money and fame because some day I would relaize I achieved my goal by being just as foney as the american inventor show. Funny a year later my boss let me go after 25years of service and his excuse was I blew it when I took the time of to follow my dreams by attending this show. A week later I found another job and fell 25ft backwards on a asphalt driveway breaking my back,spine, elbow ,ankel, and shoulder surgery and still remain out of work to this day. THANKS AMERICAN INVENTOR YOU REALLY CHANGED MY LIFE 2-18-09
