Danny Boyle's science fiction epic is set 50 years in the future. The sun is dying, Earth suffers a perpetual winter and humanity's only hope is a spaceship that will deliver an atomic device into the heart of the sun to 'kickstart' it again. Icarus II is captained by Kaneda, with Capa a physicist and Corazon, in charge of the ship's environment.

Comic tale about two ex-cons who embark on a spree of bank robberies. The crooks kidnap a bank employee the night before each heist and use their hostage to gain access to the vault the next morning. Their ingenious methods lead them to become media darlings, but their lives are complicated when they fall in love with the same woman en route to Mexico.
