Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence play a pair of New Yorkers who make an unlikely team. Murphy plays a small- time crook, Lawrence an accountant. Each of them ends up owing the local godfather. To pay him back, they take a job running whisky out of rural Mississippi. Set up by the town sheriff, they are sentenced to life in a Mississippi penitentiary. Life means 65 years for this funny pair, who plot a series of unsuccessful escapes and bicker like Lemmon and Matthau in their prime.

Two years on from going their separate ways after solving their last case, the Mystery Inc crew reunites to investigate the strange goings on at an amusement park called Spooky Island. The attraction appears to lure its young visitors in very strange ways and it is up to Scooby, Shaggy and the gang to get to the bottom of the mystery.
