Hilarious sitcom about six New Yorkers: Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler and Joey, and the funny situations they find themselves in. Ross is in agony when the brilliant, beautiful professor Charlie, who usually prefers palaeontologists, starts dating shallow Joey. Nevertheless, Ross helps the desperate Joey pretend to be intelligent in order to impress Charlie, with mixed results. Meanwhile, Chandler and Monica's nervous visit to a fertility clinic is made even more uncomfortable by the unexpected appearance of Chandler's annoying ex-girlfriend, Janice. And Rachel argues with Phoebe over a corporate-owned spa chain that Phoebe detests.

Hilarious sitcom about six New Yorkers: Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler and Joey, and the funny situations they find themselves in. Joey signs up for an identical twin medical study, to meet his living expenses, and hires an actor to play his sibling. Rachel and Phoebe take up self defence classes, but Ross tells them that they don't have the ability of Unagi (total awareness). To prove his point Ross leaps out on the two in the hallway which provokes a string of 'pseudo-attacks' competitions. Meanwhile, Chandler and Monica agree to make each other gifts for Valentines day but both forget and have to resort to last minute alternatives.

Meanwhile Ugly Naked Guy, from across the street, lays kitchen tiles.

Ross finds out Rachel and Joey's relationship almost as well as when he found out Monica and Chandler. Ross invites Rachel and Joey to a dinner party with him and Charlie. At dinner, Ross gets drunk quickly and embarrasses himself. Rachel and Charlie go home which leaves Joey taking care of Ross. In the morning, Joey and Ross talk and Ross says he will get used to him and Rachel. Frank Jr. and his kids come to town and asks Phoebe to have one of them, but he is not willing to give up any of them.

In a bid to avoid an angst-ridden New Year's Eve, the gang make a pact to celebrate the occasion at Monica and Rachel's apartment, without any boyfriends or girlfriends present. Ross gets around the ban by bringing his new companion - a pet monkey called Marcel. Phoebe finds love whilst performing at Central Perk with David, Scientist Guy, however things grind to a halt when his job takes him to Minsk. Meanwhile back at the New Years bash, everyone breaks the no-date pact except Ross.
