Hilarious sitcom about six New Yorkers: Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler and Joey, and the funny situations they find themselves in. Monica takes Rachel to the hospital and due to her lack of medical insurance the two switch identities which becomes confusing when two doctors ask them on a date. Ross worries about whether he can be a good father. Joey is still dating Ursula, which is interfering with his friendship with Phoebe. Phoebe finds out that her sister doesn't want to date Joey anymore, so Phoebe pretends to be her so she can let Joey down gently. Meanwhile, Marcel chokes on scrabble pieces and has to be rushed to hospital. Finally, across the street, Ugly Naked Guy has a hula-hoop!!!

Phoebe berates Joey after he cancels dinner with her for a date. But her high moral ground soon collapses when ex-boyfriend David turns up for one night of passion before heading back to Russia. Meanwhile, Chandler and Rachel pig out on a neighbour's cheesecake that was mistakenly delivered to Chandler. They feel bad, but not quite guilty enough to refrain from eating a second one that has also been wrongly delivered.

Phoebe discovers that she was named after a friend of her parents and traces her to a lovely house at the beach. The whole gang decided to go along for the weekend. Whilst there Chandler offers himself to Monica which makes Monica laugh and leads to Chandler trying to prove that he is good boyfriend material. Rachel and Ross start flirting with each other, until Bonnie turns up. After convincing her to shave her head again Ross confronts Rachel, resulting in her declaring her love to Ross again - who will he pick? Meanwhile Phoebe discovers that Phoebe is her real mother.
