Hi- We love the idea of eccentric British games being featured. Out of interest-and possibly to bear in mind for a future date, do have a look at the Smite! website.Smite was launched in Cornwall in 2005 (sort of traditional!) and last year the World Champs in St. Neot attracted 177 entries. The photos on the website give an idea of the bucolic (and alcoholic!) nature of the game!

Looking forward to the rest of the series..Great stuff...Roger Daniel (The Smitemaster)

I'm a PE teacher and deliver the History of Sport to the A level pupils and would love for them to watch the series but have only just heard about it. Is there any way of getting a copy of the programmes?

    Thanks

I have just come back from Woolacombe. While I was there Rory and Paddy were competing in the National Sand Castle competition. Can you tell me if this was for the Great British Adventure please. If so, when will it be on TV. They were really funny and great sports
