On the 25th October the Arab nations cup takes place in tunisia, firstlt i was wondering if transworld sport would be in attendance and secondly to let you know there will be some british interest. One of my players Orsod Malik (17) will be playing his first inernational tournament having been selected as the youngest player to ever represent sudan let alone be there starting point guard, please email me back with any response as i would be keen in telling you more.

i was a most avid & addicted fan of TWS Trans World Sport for so many years - until progress {or regress} gave us 1000s of channels that we dont need instead of the simple accepted and recognised old fashioned [BUT EASY TO FIND] 5

Since then and i mean for very very many years now, it has changede from being a tv program - to a chameleon. It is constantly and so so very difficult to find. Whats more it has been demoted to sufferers of extreme insomnia.

I need very little sleep as it so happens - but what with the need of a laptop just to keep up on the ever changing time schedule of the program and the effort to do this, i am then too tired to keep awake for programme times such as 5am. Even Ch4 +1 @ 6am often defeats me.

There are absolutely no justifiable reasons why such a good, enjoyable, professionally produced and across-the-board interest program for all ages - should be so shabbily treated with such contempt and disrespect.

Just move it to an acceptable time slot for 'normal' people (i assure you there are still many of us left) thst deserve a peaceful and enjoyable life without affecting anyone else (unlike program controllers that affect us normal people) alongwith stability of a regular set time .... in the vague hope that some of us TWS fans may actually catch the program - even possibly occasionally. Seriously please contact me to discuss, before im forced into rehab.

This seriously but humourously reported travesty, has gone on for far too long.

    raised personal important matter -
