Jill Douglas is at the Manchester Velodrome where the first round of the 2009/2010 UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics is taking place. It's the first major international track event of the new season and all eyes will be on triple Olympic champion Sir Chris Hoy, who is back competing after badly injuring his hip.
