Nathan proposes to Grace while having sex and Grace freaks out because she thinks that's not the proper way to propose to a woman. She makes Nathan take it back, but regrets after she realises she wants to marry him. Will convinces her to propose to him. Karen brings her expensive jewellery and Grace is all thrilled about it, but on the last minute she gets scared and tricks Nathan into proposing to her. But he instead of getting engaged, Nathan breaks up with Grace.
