Will's laptop is stolen while he was buying muffins and Grace was supposed to be watching the laptop. Detective Hatch, a man who's also in Jack's gay therapy group and has an issue with food in teeth and asking other men out, offers to help Will. Since he doesn't have the courage to ask Will out, he masks their date as an under cover investigation at a gay club.
