Jack's boss at Barney's needs someone to decorate a display window and Jack volunteers for it, ignoring Grace's decoration skills. He has a tough time with it after Dorleen doesn't like his S and M version of Christmas and prays for help. Grace overhears it and decides to help Jack, even if it means never receiving credit for her wonderful work. Meanwhile, Will is dating a ballet dancer and is afraid Grace meeting him will ruin the fragile new relationship. But he realises later that he can't be with a guy that dances for every movement he makes.
