Will runs into the guy he used to get over Michael four years ago and pretends he doesn't know him, because back then Will blew him off. He meets another guy at the gym, Curt, who blew him off. Later, Will apologises to Mitchell for never returning his calls, and learns that he's dating Curt, who used Will as his rebound guy. Grace sees an opportunity to expand her business when the office next door becomes available and asks Karen for a loan, but when Karen wastes her time Grace locks her in the elevator for a couple of hours. Karen says she only refused to give Grace the money because she wanted to protect her and locks Grace in the elevator as a payback.
