Will tries to break the bad news to Grace about Ben cheating on her. Will also decides to help Jack fight his case against Karen, but Ben puts a stop to it because Karen is one of the firm's clients. Angered by Ben cheating on Grace and preventing him from working with Jack, Will quits his job, but then gets some surprising news.
