With Henry back in her life, Betty finds herself distracted by yet another man. This time it's Gio, Mode's new sandwich guy, who both annoys and intrigues her. Meanwhile, the Mode -ites prepare for the social event of the season - the Meades' Black and White Ball - as Wilhelmina plots to get her wedding back on track, Amanda prepares to make her first official appearance as Fey Sommers's illegitimate daughter, and fugitive-from-the-law Claire invites herself to the party.
