Alison asks Glen to chaperone Josh on his trip to Albany for the state spelling bee, but the pair decide to reinvent themselves to attract the ladies. Glen dons a toupee and becomes airline pilot Lance Manley, while Josh pretends to be a cocky, champion speller.
