The adventures of two dedicated, if dangerously incompetent, policemen in their never-ending, hi-tech war against crime. Briggs and Louis decide to win back official favour after their disastrous encounter with royalty. They head off to an East End pub, the hangout of notorious villains, to collar some crooks. However, they become caught up in a potentially deadly game.
