The sparks between Mike and Caitlin flame up. The mayor starts a listening tour via his new Trust Bus, with Mike at the wheel. However, when Caitlin announces her engagement to Trevor, Mike accidentally hits him with the bus. Meantime, Nikki's acting cold-hearted; and Paul and James grow moustaches because they think that Carter's gets him the best assignments.
