JD flaunts his new position as Chief Resident all over the hospital, causing tension between him and Turk; JD and Elliot's relationship takes a turn for the worse when a mix up sees Elliot being called the Chief Resident and JD the co-Chief Resident; Dr Cox and Jordan discover that they're still technically married due to an administrative error; and Dr Clock faces off with Dr Cox over a plastic surgery patient.
