Turk and Carla ask JD to move out so that they can rekindle the romance in their relationship. Suddenly homeless, JD tries to turn the situation to his advantage by asking his girlfriend Kylie if he can move in with her. Meanwhile, Dr Cox gets a visit from his old high school pal Ron. In the past the pair's relationship was always based on competition, but news that Ron's son may be autistic sends them into unfamiliar territory.
