Colin Farrell stretches his acting ability to the full this week as he guest stars as a life-loving Irishman who's admitted to the ward after getting into a bar fight. Meanwhile, Carla and Elliot attempt to make social plans, but can't seem to stick to them, which creates tension between the pair. And Dr Cox's announcement to Jordan that he's had a vasectomy elicits an unexpected response.
