Quirky new psychiatrist Dr Molly Clock arrives, and quickly begins forging new friendships amongst the staff. Meanwhile, JD tries to smooth over his relationship with Elliot since their break-up, and enjoys his last week as a resident before becoming a fully-fledged doctor. And newlyweds Turk and Carla continue to clash when Turk replaces his wrecked car for a scooter.
