As if having to move out of her apartment after being cut off by her father wasn't bad enough, Elliot faces a malpractice suit from a patient who didn't die when she said he would. J.D. is immensely proud of himself after correcting a misdiagnosis by Dr Cox, and Carla's big mouth lands Dr Cox's ex-wife Jordan in hospital.
