Everything has started going right for J.D, so Dr Cox gets a chance to air his own grievances - about his relationships with his psychiatrist, Dr Kelso and J.D. Meanwhile, will Turk go on a date with a waitress while Carla procrastinates about his marriage proposal, and how will Elliot react when she realises that her new man - who she assumed was a physician - is actually a nurse?
