J.D. and Turk become unexpected heroes when they visit a strip club at lunchtime. When they find a TV news crew outside, and the cameraman collapses, they rush to his aid and are caught on camera. Heralded as heroes, Dr Kelso exploits the media interest in the duo to launch a racial diversity campaign but offends Turk by using him as the poster boy.
