J.D. mistakenly reveals to Dr Kelso that Dr Cox is preparing to carry out a procedure on a patient which isn't covered by medical insurance. When Dr Cox goes ahead with the test anyway, J.D. discovers that doctors Cox and Kelso have very different approaches to patient care. Elliot tries a novel approach to treating patients when she bares her breasts to a 13-year-old leukaemia patient, and Turk gives Carla an alternative present to show his affection - a pen taken from an 'ass box', where objects removed from people's bodies are placed!
