A heart patient brings J.D. and Elliot together, but the moment is lost when Dr Cox interrupts them. Afraid they might enter 'The Friend Zone', J.D. spends the next 48 hours trying to recapture the kiss. Later, J.D. makes a near fatal mistake when he administers insulin to a diabetic, but luckily Turk saves the day, and their friendship. Later, Elliot overreacts when Dr Kelso takes to calling her 'sweetheart'.
