The smash hit comedy series continues. Earl decides to teach English as a second language so that he can cross "Made fun of people with accents" off of his karma list. When his old friend Ralph is released from prison, Earl tries to convince him in the ways of karma; however Ralph ends up kidnapping Randy and tries to get his hands on Earl's lotto winnings.
