Joy tells Earl that she needs to borrow his car to visit a woman in Henderson who has a restraining order against her. The woman turns out to be Millie Banks, the former manager of Joy's trailer park. Earl takes a look at his list, and sure enough Millie Banks is there: #12, "Made a lady think I was God." Earl tells Joy that he'll get Millie to sign off on removing the restraining order while making amends for what he did to her.
