From the early days when the late, great Michael Bates was one of the trio, more hilarious antics with the three old men savouring their autumn years in picturesque Yorkshire. Gloria, a friend of Nora Batty, is emigrating to Australia. It's up to the trio to find a piano for her surprise farewell party. But will Blamire impress everyone with his ivory-tinkling?
