Joey (Matt LeBlanc) follows Bobbie's advice and hires an assistant named Glen (Richard Ruccolo). However, problems arise when Glen begins dating Gina (Drea de Matteo), meaning that Joey and his sister must draw up some guidelines. Meanwhile, a dispute between Michael and his friend Seth means that Alex is forced to mediate.
