When French fencing champion Jacques Du Bois arrives in Milwaukee, Richie is given the responsibility of showing him around. Trouble starts though when Richie challenges Jacques to a duel after he insults Joanie. When Jacques goes one further and insults America, Fonzie reveals that he has a 'black belt' in fencing and takes over Richie's duel.
