The dude ranch owned by Marion's Uncle Ben is in need of financial help. The family sets off to Colorado to come to his rescue, with Ralph, Potsie, Al and Fonzie in tow. The Cunninghams need to find a way of raising enough money in five days to pay off the debt to Ben's neighbour HR Buchanan while running the ranch and looking after its guests.
