Potsie falls head over heels in love with Jennifer Jerome when he meets her at a charity kissing booth at Al's. After going on just one date, he decides he wants to propose to her but Howard tells him not to be so hasty and recommends they get pinned instead. However, Potsie's fraternity do not allow their members to get pinned, a crime punishable by being thrown off Duffy's Pier, and to make matters worse Potsie can't swim! What will he do?
