When Fonzie's nephew Spike comes to stay for a week, Howard instructs Fonzie on setting some ground rules, but the closest The Fonz comes to rules is 'don't let anyone else use your comb'. He learns the hard way though when Spike is caught as an accomplice in a burglary at Arnold's and it's up to Fonzie to set him straight.
