Forever on the look-out for ways to meet girls, Richie, Potsie, and Ralph stage a beauty contest at Arnold's. They hatch a plan to rig the contest so they don't have to give any prizes but Richie isn't sure it's the right thing to do. He soon reconsiders though when a cheerleader he's interested in enters...
