Richie, Fonzie and the gang want to go to a crucial football game but they don't have enough money for the tickets. Ralph comes up with the idea of babysitting 15 kids on the night of the Mardi Gras to raise funds. However, over at Camp Cunningham, the kids turn out to be quite a handful.
