Sitcom about two very different half-sisters. Wanting to get closer to Phyllis, Dee Dee sets her up with her bitter, divorced professor. When the relationship soon ends the professor takes revenge by reporting Phyllis for having too many cats. Phyllis blames Dee Dee whose attempts at fixing things only make them worse.
