Things are going great until Elizabeth goes shopping and while she's gone Paul shows up with Rachel. Ross, desperate not to be found half undressed tries to hide. Rachel spots Ross and helps him try and escape but Ross ends up in Paul's bedroom and Paul wants to use it. While 'alone' in front of his mirror Paul starts giving himself a pep talk repeating that he is the man, but Ross is under the bed listening to every word. Later the truth outs and Paul tries to get rid of Ross who uses his 'I'm the man' knowledge as a blackmail tactic to be allowed to carry on seeing Elizabeth.
