The One Where Ross Dates a Student

Ross starts dating one of his students, but has second thoughts when he fears he will lose his job because of it. However, this only makes Elizabeth more interested. Rachel and Phoebe have a fire at the apartment so have to move out for a few weeks, leading to the decision of who will live the scruffy Joey and who will live with the obsessive Monica, and which is better? Meanwhile an old female, film director, friend of Chandler's turns up making Monica jealous and Joey sniffing for a job.
