This is the continuation of the alternate reality where Ross and Carol have a threesome with Susan, Phoebe has a heart attack, Rachel spends the evening at Joey's, but gets drunk and sick, Monica decides to have sex with Dr. Roger but Chandler convinces her to dump him. Rachel returns home to find Barry in bed with their dog walker and hooks up with an also upset Ross.
