Janine invites Monica, Joey and Ross to the pre-taping of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, in which she has a dancing job. This is a dream come true for Ross and Monica, but they have a job getting on camera, due to the fact that they aren't as good as they think they are. Meanwhile Rachel and Phoebe enlist the help of Chandler in searching for the Christmas presents Monica has bought them.
