While Phoebe delivers triplets, Joey experiences sympathy pains whilst filming the birth. Rachel attempts to set Monica and herself up with two nurses which upsets Chandler. Back in the birthing room Phoebe has had two girls and a boy and has decided that she wants to keep one, but will her brother allow her to? Meanwhile Joey's sympathy pains turn out to be kidney stones.
