Joey gets 15 Oreo cookies in his mouth at the same time. Ross dates a girl from Poughkeepsie but is concerned about the distance between them so decides to go there to break up with his girlfriend but falls asleep on the train and ends up in Montreal with a Nova Scotian girl. Chandler offers to set Rachel up with a guy from work for a fling. Monica is having trouble getting any form of respect by her kitchen staff as shes too soft. She decides to 'hire' Joey so she can sack him so that the others will respect her but it all back fires horribly.
