Niles' loopy scheme finally succeeds when he convinces Daphne's hard-drinking father in England to return to her harpy-like mother in Seattle - but hopes of reconciling the two might hinge on making the old man jealous by dangling Martin as a romantic rival. Meanwhile, Frasier seems obsessed with getting a good report card on his technique from Roz.
