When Frasier discovers that Rebecca had a reputation for being a party girl in college, he quickly passes the news along to the others. Cliff, though, is more concerned with news that his neighborhood is being torn down to make room for a new shopping center. That's good news to him until he learns that those plans include the destruction of his childhood home. His mother puts up a fight for the house, until she's offered $250,000 for it, but Cliff can't let his home go for any price. In a last ditch effort, he handcuffs himself to the central pillar of the home, which Norm has to cut in half to get him out, causing the roof to collapse behind them as they hurry out.
