Mulder and Scully are approached by agent Frank Burst who has arrested a man calling himself 'Pusher', claiming to have committed 14 'perfect' murders. His confessions are so detailed that he convinces the FBI of their authenticity. Mulder and Scully believe he can exert psychic control over people's minds and one of the minds he tries to control is Mulder's. Is he strong enough to resist?
