In the conclusion to this two-part story, Mulder searches for the Japanese doctor in charge of the mysterious being he saw loaded onto the quarantine car of the train. But it is only Scully's memories and cryptic messages from X that can help Mulder, who finds himself trapped in a sealed train hurtling towards imminent destruction.
