A pair of FBI agents tackle bizarre cases. Top scientists at an aeronautics research lab die under mysterious circumstances, with a mentally handicapped janitor the only other person around at the time of the incident. But what, if anything, is the janitor's connection with the continuing series of murders? Mulder tries to solve the puzzle.
