The Grell

Series 7, episode 4

The Grell are an alien species who were rescued from their dying planet by humans only to become enslaved on Earth, having to wear electronic collars. Now they are rebelling against their masters, fighting a guerilla war against the government. When government secretary Paul Kohler's plane is shot down, his two slaves attempt to escape. However, despite Paul killing one of them by activating its collar, the other decides to remain loyal to his master's family, rescuing one of the children from a Grell rebel and saving Paul's life through Grell alchemy. However when Paul starts to show signs of becoming a half-breed his attitude changes, but is too late to save the world.
