O'Neill is transported from Stargate Control to Thor's ship by the Asgard. Here he finds Thor who tells him that he is dying and that artificial organisms have taken over the ship and steered it into Earth's direction. The effects that these beings would have on Earth would be catastrophic. Back at Stargate Command O'Neill (who has appeared as a hologram) tells the team of his findings and the group devise a way of destroying the ship before it's too late. Will they succeed? You'll have to wait till Season 4 to find out.
